What type of therapy do you do?

I provide compassionate, results oriented, experiential therapy that is both practical and transformative. I see adult individuals and couples across the lifespan. I welcome people with diverse backgrounds and multicultural identities.

How do we begin?

I offer all potential clients a free 20 minute consultation. This allows you to get a feel for me as a therapist and learn more about my unique approach. To schedule a consultation you can contact me via my website, email, or phone.

How do we meet?

At this time, I am offering a hybrid practice of tele therapy and some in person sessions based on availability.

Rates and sliding scale?

I charge $150 for sixty minute individual sessions and $225 for 75 minute couples sessions. I am committed to making counseling attainable for everyone. I reserve a certain number of time slots at a discounted rate. Reduced fees are offered to students, seniors, and clients experiencing financial distress or major life transitions. Please contact me via email if you wish to learn more about pricing and sliding scale availability.

Do you take insurance?

I do not take insurance. I am private pay only. Some insurance companies offer reimbursements for therapy. This depends on your specific plan. I am happy to issue you a super bill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

How often do we meet?

This depends on your specific goals, financial reality, and what feels right. I collaborate with clients on frequency and goal setting. When getting started, I encourage all individual clients to come weekly for at least a few weeks. I require couples to come weekly for at least four sessions. This allows us to get a solid foundation of trust and supports an efficient process.

How long does therapy last?

Ideally, we end therapy when you feel ready and in a way that brings closure and reflection. This time frame can vary from a few months up to many years.  You are welcome to end therapy at any time. I support your right to choose how you want your work to unfold and when it feels complete.
